Mark Clayton

Mark Clayton, 17 month old son of Jonnie and Miranda Clayton of Brookland, passed from this life Saturday, March 24, 2018 at home.  He was born August 3, 2016 in Jonesboro. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Smith.

Survivors include his parents, J.L. and Miranda Clayton of the home; brother, J.C. Clayton of the home; sister, Jaklyn Clayton of the home; maternal grandmother, Tracy Smith of Jonesboro; great grandmother, Wanda Kirk of South Carolina; great great grandmother, Mardara Davis of Jonesboro and Carmita Smith of Kansas; and uncle Devin Smith.  Paternal grandparents, Mona Clayton of Harrisburg and grandfather, Jonnie Clayton of Jonesboro; great grandmother, Brenda Brown of Harrisburg and great grandmother Leta Clayton of Harrisburg; and Uncle Eddie Sandefur.  Mark has many many close cousins, aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 2PM at Emerson Memorial Chapel.  Burial will be private.

The bike club will be leading the family and friends to the

Brookland town fire department and Goobertown fire station after the memorial service.
