Jim Ross

JIM ROSS, 85, of Osceola, died Saturday, October 1 in Jonesboro. Born in Dover, AR to
the late James Ross and Dessie Hickey. He owned and operated Jim Ross Tire Service in
Osceola for over 60 years. Jim was a long time member and served on the Board of
Directors of the Osceola First United Methodist Church. He loved spending time with his
family, especially his two grand daughters and great grand daughter. He will be
remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Jim was well known locally
and worked to serve others who were less fortunate. He is preceded in death by his loving
wife of 65 years, Mary Lou Ross.

Survivors include his only son, Mike Ross and his wife
Meredith, of Germantown TN; two grand daughters; Lindsey Ross and Halle Ross; and a
great grand daughter; Addie Mae Hammonds. There will be a small service for
immediate family members only.
