Christine Cook

Christine Cook 83, 0f Jonesboro passed away on August 2, 2022. Christine is survived by her husband of 66 years, Carl Cook of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Jared (Angie) Cook of Jonesboro. Timothy (Michelle) Cook of Indiana, and Ashley (Will) Blaylock of Greer’s Ferry; as well as eleven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Cliff, her mother Sylvia Moore, and her two sons Richard and David Cook of Jonesboro.

Christine was smart, witty and had the most beautiful smile. Christine was a successful Real Estate Agent in the eighties and early nineties. She and her husband Carl, owned several businesses in Jonesboro over the years, including the Milky Way Drive In on Gee Street (a nineties staple for locals).

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Oaklawn Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in Charge of arrangements.
