Fred "Fritz" Neumann

Fred “Fritz” C. Neumann, 73, of Jonesboro died Thursday, November 8, 2012 at his home. He had lived in Jonesboro since 1968, moving here from Mobile, Alabama. Fred was an accomplished organist and had a love for Dalmatian dogs. Fritz was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Heidi Neumann; brother, Daryl Neumann.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Anne Neumann of the home; sons, Charles Brown of Fort Smith; Fred Neumann III of Florida; daughter, Leslie Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brothers, Arlo Neumann and Carl Neumann; sisters, Shirley Gillespie, Nancy Flood, Marjorie Driscoll, Cleo Leslie and Karen Empen; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Father Jesse Perkins officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no public visitation and burial will be private.
