Zoetta "Zoe" Smith

Zoetta “Zoe” Smith, 70, of Lorado, died Sunday, February 21, 2010, at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She had lived on Lorado since 1975 moving here from Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Zoe was preceded in death by her husband, James Smith; son, Bobby Smith; her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her sons, Wayne Smith, Brookland, Arkansas; and Shane Smith, Paragould; three daughters, Melissa Walker and husband, Robbie, Lorado; LeAnn Bryson and husband, Kelly, Paragould; and Linda Blazer, and husband Tommy, Little Rock; grandchildren, Courtney, Shelby and Dylan Bryson; Cristina Walker, Katie Damron; Cody Smith, Aaron, Timothy, Rebekah, and Samuel Blazer; Great Grandchildren, Tera and Zane Damron, Joshua Blazer and Elizabeth Lynn Gammill.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Brother Ken Overton, Kenny Johnson and Scott Smith officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Ronnie Smith, Billy Smith, Jim Smith, Scotty Smith, Stan McDaniel and Steve Taylor serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Tim Blazer, Aaron Smith, Cody Smith, Dylan Bryson, Samuel Blazer, Donny Damron, Kelly Bryson, Robbie Walker and Tommy Blazer

Visitation will be from 5 – 7 Monday night, February 22, 2010 at Emerson Funeral Home.
