Yarmilla Benesh

Yarmilla Benesh, 88, formerly of Maryville, IL. passed away 10/21/2012, at the Flo and Phil Jones 'Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR.
Born February 8, 1924, in East St. Louis, IL, to the late James and Mary Machac. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Benesh; son, Larry Benesh; and her sisters, Bessie Krenk, Anne Snajdr, and Elsie Choura.

Surviving are her children, Richard Benesh (Sandra); Janice Kroeter (David), all of Jonesboro; Daughter-in- law, Nancy Benesh of Maryville, IL.; two grandsons, Bryan Benesh (Ashley); and Ben Kroeter (Karen); five granddaughters, Angela Broyles
(Aaron); Jaclyn Phillips (Bryan); Lori Nazetta (Chris); Sara Sprinkle (Michael); and Allison Kroeter (Fiance Jay Carnes). Also surviving are 13 great grandchildren; Wyatt, Will, Peyton and Brooke Broyles; Aubrey and Gage Phillips; Sydney and
Hayden Benesh; Madison, Hailey and Gavin Sprinkle; Jackson Kroeter; and Colten
Nazetta.

Mrs. Benesh was a homemaker and a treasured mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to dance, cook for her family, and was very proud of her
Bohemian heritage. She was a life member of Lodge Estlian 404 of the Czechoslovakian Society of America and attended First United Methodist Church in Jonesboro, AR.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, 10/27/2012 at Kassly Mortuary, 9900 St. Clair Ave., Fairview Heights, IL 62208-1724.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, 10/27/2012, at Kassly Mortuary, 9900 St. Clair Ave., Fairview Heights, IL., with Reverend Hal Santos of Grace
Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 5000 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, IL, 62208.

Pallbearers will include Bryan Benesh, Aaron Broyles, Bryan
Phillips, Chris Nazetta, Jay Carnes, and Jerry Middendorf.

Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Beran, Adolph Choura, Kenneth Kettler, Frank Kruta, Ben Kroeter, and Michael Sprinkle.
