Wilma Ramsey

Wilma Ramsey, 87, of Peach Orchard passed from this life on Monday, January 11, 2016. She was born in Mountain Home on November 4, 1928 to the Late Roy and Mollie Davis. Wilma was a hard working woman, who loved everybody and always saw the good in you. She was a very loving Mother and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Wilma is preceded in death by her husband of 19 years, Charles Ramsey; son, Bobby Joe Davis; brothers, PeeWee Kibby and Dean Gill; sister, Jimmy Dee Burrow; grandson, Randy Davis.

Wilma is survived by her sons, Wesley Davis (Vivian) and Toby Lee Davis(Natalie); daughters, Shirley Jones (Jim), Erma Magness (Bill), Tammy Cook (Tommy), and Brenda Baker (Dale) . She is also survived by seven siblings, 18 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Emerson Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Pruitt officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery with the active pallbearers being Gene Davis, Charles Jobe, Timothy Gregson, Jonathan Jobe, Justin Pyles, and Josh Pyles.

The visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Emerson Funeral Home.

The family would like to send a special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff of the Fourth Floor East at NEA Baptist Hospital for the care that they gave Wilma.
