Wilma Jo Boling

Wilma Jo “Parten” Boling, 74, of Jonesboro died Monday, July 9, 2012 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She had lived in Jonesboro since 1956, moving here from Caraway. Wilma was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Hazel Parten.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Clint Boling of the home; daughters, Sherie Calderon; Susan Busby and husband Donny all of Jonesboro; brother, Rondal Parten of Paragould; grandchildren, Billy Calderon, Brandi Sanders, Donny Busby II and Daniel Busby; great grandchildren, Dakota, Riley, Destiny, Kylar, and Rowan.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Dr. Jimmy Adcox officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with Billy Calderon, Donny Busby II, Daniel Busby, Jeremiah Sanders, Donny Busby Sr., and Donald Combs serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-7 Wednesday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
