William Kenyon (Ken) Womack, 60, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Norma (Sandefur) Womack and grandparents, George and Lillian (Farrar) Womack.
He was a member of Fisher St. United Methodist Church. Ken worked in the family business, Womack T.V. Sales and Service for many years. He was a skilled carpenter and a certified motor cycle mechanic.
Ken graduated from Jonesboro High School where he was an outstanding track athlete, winning many awards and setting records in the high jump. He loved motorcycles and competed in Motocross, winning many events. He also was an avid golfer.
Ken’s favorite thing was spending time with his family. He especially loved being with his sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Ken is survived by four sisters: Beverly Pagan and Pam Downs both of Jonesboro, Bobbie (Larry) McElroy of Jacksonville and Cindy Young of Little Rock and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Keller’s Chapel Cemetery.
