William Leon Johnson

William Leon Johnson, 49 of Jonesboro died Tuesday in Jonesboro.

He was born in Jonesboro and had lived in Jonesboro most of his life. He was of the Baptist belief.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Johnson and Edith Imogene Irvin, One brother; Paul Lawrence Johnson and two half brothers; Henry and Luther Johnson.

Survived by four brothers; Donnie Ray Johnson of Jonesboro. Larry Wayne Vone of Pine Bluff. Fred Johnson of Foust, Texas. Edward Johnson of Singleville, Texas.

Five sisters; Martha Ann Baldinger, Edith Kay Cryoskie, Mary Joan Hammett, and Ella Mae Roger all of Jonesboro and Ona Jean Black of Bono.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 30, 2007 at Herndon Cemetery with Reverend Martin Passmore officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
