William “Dub” Brown, 63, of Bay, died Monday, June 11, 2012 at his home. He was a life-long resident of Bay and was of the Baptist belief. Dub was a member of the B & B Hunting club and retired from Lincoln Manufacturing after 31 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Clara Brown.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Rhonda Brown of the home; son, Keith Brown and wife Andrea of Bay; brother, James Brown of Jonesboro; sisters, Mary Hopkins of Jonesboro; Joyce Watts of Cherokee Village and Joann Russell of Brookland; grandchildren, Troy Brown and Brett Brown.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Pine Hill Cemetery with Reverend Marty Russell officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Honorary pallbearers are B & B Hunting Club and the Bay Class of 1967. Visitation will be from 5-7 Wednesday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
