Wiley "Red" Smith

Wiley “Red” Smith Jr., of Brookland, passed from this life on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 4, 1948 to the late Wiley Smith and Mary Francis Smith in Marvel, Arkansas.

Wiley lived most of his life in the Jonesboro and Brookland area.

Wiley is survived by his wife, Cathy Smith, of the home; daughter, Katrina (Tim) Baker of Brookland; brother, Bobby Smith of Tennessee; Sisters, Mary Francis (Jimmy) Brewer of Mississippi and Dena (Greg) Belodeau of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Tyler Cole and Ariel Cole as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation service will be held on Wednesday, December 27 ^th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Emerson Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at Brookland Church of Christ on Thursday, December 28 ^th at 2 p.m. with Brother Tony Pulliam officiating.

Burial Service will be private.
