Wayne A. Duncan

Wayne A. Duncan, 47, of Cherokee Village, died Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Wayne had lived in the Cherokee Village area since 1983 and was of the Baptist belief. He was a gifted guitarist and had a love for music. He was preceded in death by his father, George A. Duncan Jr., and twin brothers.

Wayne is survived by his mother Joyce Duncan, Glencoe, Arkansas; sisters Sandra Duncan and Ralph Hopkins of Cherokee Village; and Brenda Webb and husband Johnny, Jonesboro; nieces, Victoria Simonton and Valerie Tate; nephews, Brandon Jones and Gaylon Webb; great niece Shianne Webb and great nephew Braydon Jones.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, July 27, 2009 at Nettleton Cemetery with Brother John Travis officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Brandon Jones, Bill Bugg, Mike Aronoff, George Pruitt, Johnny Webb and Ralph Hopkins

Visitation will be from 3:00 until 5:00 Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Emerson Funeral Home.
