Walter Eugene Davis

Walter Eugene Davis, 70, of Porterville, California, died February 12, 2012, in Porterville.

Gene lived in Jonesboro from 1941-1975 before moving to Porterville. He was a retired auto mechanic and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lela Davis, and by a grandson, Jeremy Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Davis of the home;

1 son and daughter-in-law: Randy and Michelle Davis of Jonesboro;

1 daughter and son-in-law: Andrea and Tony Williams of Paragould;

1 granddaughter, Paige Davis of Jonesboro, and 4 grandsons, Tyler, Tanner, Trayce and Kyle Williams all of Paragould; and

Several step children and step grand children.

A graveside memorial service will be held Sunday afternoon, April 15, 2012, at 2:30 in Pine Log Cemetery with Rev. Rick Hathcoat officiating.

There will be no visitation.
