Virginia Wilson Jackson

Virginia Wilson Jackson, 58, of Jonesboro, died Sunday, March 15, 2009 at NEA Baptist Medical Center. She attended the Valley Ridge Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Zelphia Wilson and one sister Joyce Blackston.

Virginia is survived by her husband, Larry Jackson, of the home; daughters, Sheller Todd and husband, Jerry; Sherri Meatte and Heather Jackson; one son, Larry Jackson Jr. and wife Brandi, all of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Bruce Jackson, Challie Todd, Jennifer Todd, Jordan Shaw, Ashlyn Shaw, Isiah Jackson; sisters, Angie Meeker and Lois Lyle, both of Trumann, Arkansas; Mae Hargrove, Warrenton, Missouri, Shirley Bragg, Haines City, Florida, Wilmam Lane, Jonesboro, Dovie Hill, Lake Wales, Florida, Geneva Springfield, Lakeland, Florida; brothers, J.C. Wilson, Carl Wilson, Vernon Wilson, Allen Wilson, J. W. Wilson all of Florida.

A memorial service will be 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Valley Ridge Baptist Church with Bobby Floyd and Ershell Hicks officiating with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. There will be no public visitation and burial will be private.
