Virginia B. Brown

Virginia B. Brown, 81, of Jonesboro, died Thursday afternoon at Ridgecrest Health and Rehab Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Pocahontas, Mrs. Brown lived most of her life in Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist belief. She was preceded in death by her husband: Willie G. Brown;
1 son: Glen Bowers; 1 brother: Jim Swan; and 1 sister: Ethel Welch.

Survivors include:

1 Daughter: Loretta Campbell of Jonesboro;

2 Sons: Fred Bowers, and
David Bowers, both of Jonesboro;

10 Grandchildren,
16 Great Grandchildren, and
1 Great, Great Grandson.

Graveside funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 at Pine Log Cemetery with Rev. Sonny Allen officiating.

Visitation will be held Saturday evening from 5-7 at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
