Virginia Allene Lytle

February 17, 1944 — July 4, 2006

Virginia Allene Brumit Lytle, 62, of Bay, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006, at her home of natural causes.

Born in Colorado City, Texas, Mrs. Lytle lived in Sweetwater, Texas before moving to Jonesboro in 1961. She worked at FMC Corporation in Jonesboro until the plant closed and then worked several years at Rose Skil Care Nursing Center in Trumann before becoming disabled.

Mrs. Lytle was a member of the Cache River Pentecostal Church in Sedgewick, and was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas Lytle,her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include:

4 Sons: Thomas Lytle, Jr., of Trumann,
Hubert Lytle of Bono,
John Lytle of Bay, and
Kenneth Lytle of Cash;

1 Step Daughter: Betty Gough of Oak Grove, Louisiana;

3 Brothers: Henry Brumit of Joheusa, Texas,
Billy Brumit of Rusk, Texas, and
Charlie Brumit of Dialville, Texas;

2 Sisters: Shirley Watson of Jonesboro, and
Sharon George of Maydale, Texas;

21 Grandchildren: William Lytle, Amanda Lytle, Kimberly Lytle, Anthony Lytle, Hubert Lytle, Virginia Lytle, Shiane Lytle, Nichole Ruffin, Amber Walker, Julie Thomson, Luther Thomson, Johnathon Lytle, Nickie Ivy, Brian Ivy, Jack Ivy, Joshua Bunn, Hayley Billips, Jesica Bunn, Joshua Edrington, Jenifer Golff, and Jenny Golff;

3 Great Grandchildren: Deanea Walker, Dillion Ruffin, and Jordan Bunn.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Rev. Rickey Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park.

Active pallbearers include: Justin Finley, Terry Woodard, Rick Ferguson, Mark Ruffin,
David Ruffin and Eric Moore.

Honorary pallbearers include: Tim Daniels, and Jerry Dennis.

Visitation will be held Saturday afternoon from 1:00-2:00 at Emerson Funeral Home.
