Vincent Joliet Rice, infant son of Sterling Rice and Chelsea Bates was born into heaven on Saturday, February 18, 2017. In addition to his parents he is survived by his twin brother, Isaac Decatur Rice also of the home ; grandparents, Johnny and Ginger Bates of Forrest City; Shelly Pearson and Kevin McGee of Paragould; great grandparents, Karen Parker, Johnny Bates Jr., Margaret Craddock and Carolyn Bates; and great great grandmother, Ruby Gammill.
A memorial service will be private under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
