Vincent "Vinnie" Parks

Vincent “Vinnie” Anthony Parks, 38, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Sunday, July 17, 2022 in Little Rock. He was born on March 25, 1984 in Jonesboro to Jacquelyn Parks. Vinnie graduated from Kirby High School in Memphis and attended Arkansas State University for a short time. Family was the center of Vinnie’s life, he enjoyed spending time with his family and watching his daughter dance. Vinnie had recently started a new career with the Jonesboro Police Department as a Police Officer. Prior to working for the police department, Vinnie worked for Cracker Barrel for 14 years.

Vinnie is survived by his wife Christina Parks of the home; daughter, Vivianna “Vivi” Parks of the home; mother, Jacquelyn Parks of Memphis; sister, Jasmine Brown of Atlanta; grandmother, Mable Anthony of Jonesboro; in-laws, John and Vicki Stark of Jonesboro.

The visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Central Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Central Baptist Church with Rev. Bryan Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.Funeral honors will be provided by the Jonesboro Police Department’s Honor Guard.
