Vincent F. Caldwell, 40, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2012, in Fort Worth.

Vince was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and lived in Mississippi, Tennessee, California and Jonesboro before moving to Fort Worth in 1999. He graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1990, DeVry University in 2002 and Keller School of Management in 2004. He worked at AIG Financial in Fort Worth as a Systems Engineer.

Vince was preceded in death by his father, Frank Caldwell in 1989; paternal grandmother, Rena Caldwell in 2012; paternal grandfather, “Bozo” Caldwell in 1959; paternal great grandparents, Zula Vincent in 2007 and Oscar Vincent in 1970.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Melanie Elder Caldwell of the home, married August 13, 1994; one daughter, Christin Cadence Caldwell of Fort Worth; mother, Sharon Caldwell of Jonesboro; one brother, Chris Caldwell of Jonesboro; grandparents, Chester and Charlene McGough of Jonesboro; 2 aunts: Denise Snell and husband Randy of Jonesboro and Sonja Sanderson and husband Bob of Little Rock; mother-in-law, Sharon Junca of Jonesboro, father-in-law, Vilas Elder and wife Paulette of Jonesboro; 2 sisters-in-law, Tahnya Price and husband Danny and Amanda Waln and husband Justin, all of Jonesboro, and a large extended family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, April 21, 2012, at 11:00 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Keith Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park.

Pallbearers include Aaron Price, Blake Price, Caleb Price, Chris Caldwell, Justin Waln, Chris Peay and Jason Bates.

Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
