Vennie Lee Peaster

Mrs. Vennie Lee Peaster of Bono, Arkansas entered into eternal rest and went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was a native of Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Dale Wilcoxson in 1984; her children’s father, Ray Wilcoxson in 1984. Her children’s father Ray Wilcoxson in 1987. Also her parents, Oma Brewer and Nathan Simpson. She is survived by 4 daughters and sons in-law, Brenda Tacker and Bobby Birdsell of Bono, Vanessa Grimes of Bay, Shelia and Willy Buazard of Bono, and Kim Blount and Randy Isom of Brookland. Also she is survived by three wonderful sisters, Wilma Wells of Sun Center City, FL, Jenny Davis of Pocahontas, AR, and DeLoyce Phillips of Washburn, MO. She was very blessed and loved to spend much time with her nine grandchildren: John Tacker, Andrea (Tacker) Stowers, Greg Wilcoxson, Hanna David, Jessica Vaughn, Seth Buazard, April (Blount) Yarbrough, LaTasha (Blount) Brass and Ronnie (“Bud”) Blount Jr. And equally cherished her six great-grandchildren Cole Tacker, Austin Stowers, Taylor Yarbrough, Braden Yarbrough, Savannah Grass, and Brandon Blount. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, good friends and a loving family. She was a wonderful Mom, Nana, Friend and Sister to all of us. Active Pallbearers will be Bobby Birdsell, Tony Atchley, Eric Grass, Jacy Kampbell, Rickey Stowers, John Tacker and Brad Yarbrough. Visitation will be at Emerson Funeral Home Friday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in Emerson Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Bobby Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
