Trudy Williams, 67, of Brookland, died March 29, 2012 at her home. She was born in Salem, Arkansas but had lived most of her life in Brookland. Trudy loved working in her yard and with her flowers. She loved shopping and going to yard sales. She was the best housekeeper in the world and her home was “clean as a pin”. She was a member of Woods Chapel in Brookland.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Fay (Richard) Gates, Paragould; grandchildren, Alan Heer, Audrey Christiansen, Laura Glover, Mallory Medlin; great grandson, Gavin Christiansen; brother, Robert Brown; sisters, Colene (Calvin) Thompson, Rebecca Boatman, Marie Dunkerson, Divona Flynn, Lovare East; and her step children, Linda Pennington, Janet Cartwright, and Annette Hitchcock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Williams; sons, Ray O’Neal Presley, Glen Presley; her parents, Earnest William & Pearlie Lou Dillinger Brown; and 6 brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with Pastor Rick Hathcoat officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be Tuesday morning 10:00 – Noon at the funeral home.
