Otis Trevor Dewayne Kitchen, 39, of Bono passed away June 17, 2012, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.
Trevor was preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Kathy Kitchen.
He is survived by his true love, Theresa Webb; one brother, Ricky (LA-Konya) Kitchen of Jonesboro; one sister, Jamie Kitchen of Bono; three nephews, Alex and Konnen Kitchen, and Ty Black; three nieces, Sarah Kate and Hannah Black, and Lilly and Lauren Kitchen.
A graveside service will be Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:00 am in Haynes Cemetery near Swifton.
He was a very loving brother and dear friend who will be missed very much. We love Trevor.
