Tracy Carpenter Jr.

Tracy Carpenter Jr., 20, of Jonesboro, died Friday, January 13, 2012. He had lived in Jonesboro for the past five years, moving here from Marked Tree, Arkansas and was of the Baptist belief. In high school he was very active in FFA and worked as a lens maker for Westside Optical. Tracy enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

Survivors include his mother, Lorri Ralston and husband, Scott of Jonesboro; father, Tracy Carpenter Sr. of Marked Tree; brothers, Brett Gann and Taylor Isom of Jonesboro; Tanner Carpenter of Marked Tree; and Jimmy Lee Carpenter of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sisters, Mona Sue Carpenter of Fayetteville; Haley Carpenter of Harrisburg, Arkansas and Emily Ralston of Jonesboro.

Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Brother Freddy Muse officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Trinity Cemetery with Brett Gann, Taylor Isom, Kevin Carpenter, Jimbo Carpenter; Jamie Carpenter, Brandon Wood, Cody Bella, Eric Elliott, and Corey Isom serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jacob Rodriguez, Douglas Jenkins Jr., and Glenn Baber.
Visitation will be from 1:30 until service time.
