Titi-Ivona Nicolcioiu

Dr. Titi-Ivona Nicolcioiu, MD, 82, of Jonesboro died Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her residence of natural causes.

Titi-Ivona was born October 29, 1930 to the late Samuel and Dumitra Goldstein in Romania. She retired as the Chief of Staff of Laboratory Department, Municipality Hospital of Caracal, Romania. Upon retirement, she moved to Jonesboro to be close to her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Dumitru Nicolcioiu, MD of Romania and her brother, Laurel Goldstein of New York, NY.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Mihaela Savu, MD and Dr. Calin Savu, MD; one grandson, Benjamin Savu all of Jonesboro.

Graveside service will be Wednesday at 4:00pm at McDaniel Cemetery with Father Jack Vu officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday 1-2pm at Emerson Funeral Home.
