Timothy Ryan Gibson

Timothy “Timmy” Ryan Gibson, 24, of Bono passed from this life Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at his home surrounded by family. He was born December 18, 1991 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Melvin and Arminda Chapman.

Timmy has lived in Bono for the past five years after coming from Ponca City, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. Timmy was enjoyed the different kinds of technology and loved watching NASCAR. He was also an avid singer who loved music.

Timmy was preceded in death by his sister, Pauline Tucker and his grandparents.

He was survived by his parents: Melvin Chapman of Texarkana, Arkansas and mother: Arminda Chapman of Bono, Arkansas; two brothers: Cecil Gibson of Bono and Thomas Gibson, Jr.(Paula) of Long View, Texas; four sisters: Paula Gibson of Bono, Arkansas, Paulette Proudfoot(Walt) of Casper Wyoming, Rosetta Weemes( Donnie) of Bono, Susan Weemes(Norman) of Bono, and Sasha Jackson(Gary) of Bono.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Danny Jackson officiating. Burial will follow the memorial service at Pine Log Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will include Gary Jackson, Thomas Gibson, Cecil Gibson, family, and friends.
