Tim Underwood

Timothy “Tim” Ryan Underwood, 56, of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born December 26, 1967 in Renton, Washington to Lois Whitehouse-Underwood and the late William Underwood. Tim was a United States Navy Veteran and an Eagle Scout. He worked for Riceland as a supervisor for over 20 years. Tim enjoyed books, comics, video games, collecting baseball cards, camping and hiking. Most of all he loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by a brother, Ted Underwood.

In addition to his mother, Tim is survived by his 2 sons, Jay (Ashley) Underwood of Jonesboro, Evan (Ronda) Underwood of Walnut Ridge; 2 daughters, Haley Underwood of El Paso, Texas, Elayna Underwood of Jonesboro; 1 brother, Tod Underwood of Emeryville, California; 1 sister, Tina State of Twentynine Palms, California and 7 grandchildren: Ashlyn Underwood, Jayson Underwood, Eva-Mae underwood, Jude Underwood, Elias Underwood, Anara Underwood and Hadley Underwood all of Jonesboro.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Kids Bible Community of Christ, 108 W. Woodrow St., Jonesboro, AR 72401.
