Thomas Edward Wayne Foster, 71, Maumelle died Monday at St. Bernards Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Jr. and Naomi Mull Foster; one son, Ken Foster.
He is survived by two sons, Gary Foster of Jonesboro and Jerry Foster of Lake City; two sisters, Linda Sue Anderson of Conway and Shirley Baysinger; six grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
All Services will be private.
