Thomas Paul Butler, of Blytheville, Arkansas, passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 52. He was born on February 23, 1974, in Holdrege NE.
Thomas was a hard worker. He worked at Myers Ariel in Blytheville for 20 plus years helping with the spray planes and anything else that was needed. He took great pride in his work and was a loyal employee. He had a passion for airplanes at a young age that started with helping his uncle Jim who was a spray pilot, and they formed a special bond.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr. He also enjoyed wrestling and spending time with his beloved dog, Bella.
Above all, Thomas loved his family. He especially cherished the time he spent with his nieces and nephews. His family was a very important part of his life, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents Lonnie and Dr. Judith Butler; brother, Travis Butler; Grandparents, Floyd and Hazel Butler; Roy and Lillian Basart.
He is survived by his brother, Fred Butler; sisters, Kate Butler and partner James; Michelle and husband Jeff Belden; Aunts Betty, Ferne, and Marie. Nieces and nephews; Kiaya, Katarena, Jacob, Derek, Chase, Alonnie, Jasper, Noah, Chloe, Taylor and Carson. along with a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
Thomas will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love of airplanes, NASCAR and wrestling, and most of all, the love he had for his family.
Services for Mr. Butler will be held at a later date, with arrangements to be announced by the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Butler family.
