Theresa Whitley, 60, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on October 25, 1965, in Jonesboro where she lived her entire life. She raised and cared for many fur babies and had numerous friends and family members who loved her for her enduring care and concern for those who needed special attention, love, and assistance.

Proceeding her in death include her parents Buster and LaRue Whitley, her sister-in-law, Doris Whitley, and her nephew Samuel Krigel. Survivors include her siblings Arlen Whitley, Mark and Terry Whitley, and Belinda Whitley; nephews and nieces Matt Whitley, Losha Krigel, Spencer Krigel, Candace Bielens, Brook Matthews, and Ashley Shelton; numerous great nephews and great nieces; and many dear friends and neighbors who loved her dearly.

Burial will be private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
