Theresa Lynn Jackson, 57, of Bay, passed from this life on Monday, June 29, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center.

Born on August 11, 1968, in Huntsville, Alabama, Theresa was the daughter of Jim and the late Margaret Wynn. She dedicated her career to the Nettleton School District, where she faithfully served for many years.

Theresa loved football and cherished watching her favorite teams with her beloved husband. In their quieter moments, they enjoyed spending time together, relaxing and floating in the pool. More than anything, she cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. They always looked forward to gathering around the table for her special spaghetti and famous green beans, meals that were made with love and created lasting memories. Theresa also treasured time spent with her girlfriends, enjoying trips and adventures together, and loved traveling to Michigan to visit family. She especially enjoyed cooking out and bringing family and friends together, filling every gathering with warmth, laughter, and love.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Wynn, and her brothers, Rick Jones and Randall Jones.

Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband, Greg Jackson of Bay, they have been together for 40 years; her daughter, Amanda Spencer (Robbie) of Jonesboro; her father, Jim Wynn (Pam); her sisters, Pamela Hinojosa (Romeo) of Michigan, Dianna McLenon (Kerry) of Michigan, Lisa Begley (James) of Michigan, Tiffany Wynn (Kyle)of Ohio, and Michelle Ragland (Kelly) of Michigan; and her beloved grandchildren, Lilyann Spencer and Hunter Spencer, along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 3, 2026, from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Emerson Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. with burial to follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robbie Spencer, Michael Jackson, MJ Jackson, Nick Moreno, and Jeremy Spencer.
