Thelma Lee Hayes Richey

Thelma Lee Hayes Richey, 63 of Trumann, Arkansas, died July 5, 2007 in a car/pedestrian accident. She was born to Leonard and Nellie Hayes of Brookland (deceased). She grew up in Brookland graduating from Brookland High School in 1962. She has lived in Trumann since 1969 and was a member of the Viva Drive Church of Christ. She worked in factories most of her life including Singer, General Electric and Parker Hannifan.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Richey of the home; two daughters, Cindy Corbin and her husband Burt; and Sherri Lowery and her husband James, all of Trumann. She is also survived by one brother, Donald Hayes, Brookland; six grandchildren, Burtton, Autumn, Courtney, Aaron, Robert and Ricky, numerous friends, nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 9, 2007 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with J. R. Lyons and Darrel Miller officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements with burial to follow at Pine Log Cemetery. Pallbearers are Doyal Lowery, Jimmy Lowery, Greg Chaffin, Bill Owen, Chad Wimpy and Raymond Asher. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 P.M. Sunday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
