Tessie “Lil Essie’ Manning, 66, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center.

Tessie is survived by her sisters, Beatrice Marshall and Ruthie Mae Jackson, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
