Terry E. Veal

Terry E. Veal, 56, of Bono past from this life on November 3, 2019 at his home. He was born to the late Gerald and Selma Veal on January 4, 1963 in Jonesboro. Terry graduated from Nettleton High School and joined the Army shortly thereafter. He served as a police officer in Collierville, Tennessee for a short time before moving back to Jonesboro and working for the city. Terry worked for Animal Control and served as a Reserve for the police department and a storm watcher for the city. He had a passion for all things Elvis Presley. In addition to his parents, Terry is preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Veal, Larry Veal, G.W. Veal, and Carlos Veal; granddaughter, Gabbreal Veal.

Terry is survived by his wife of 20 years, Patty Veal of Bono; sons, Terry Veal of Missouri and Bradley Veal of Jonesboro; daughters, Whitney Veal Lan of Rogers and Jenny Veal (Yunqing) Zhao of Germany; sisters, Geraldine Reeves of Bay and LaWanda Franks of McCray; nephew/son, Gary Veal (Sammie Jo); grandchildren, Makenzie, Jaballi, Decklan, Levy, Keaton, Camdon, Kayison, Chandler, Carter, Whitney, Bradley, Allisa, and Courtney.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
