Terry M. Jackson

Terry M. Jackson, 80 of Bay, passed from this life Thursday, September 14, 2017 at St. Bernards Medical Center.  He was born September 15, 1936 to Jess and Mary Welch Jackson in Caruthersville, MO.  Terry liked to buy and fix up old vehicles and he enjoyed listening to gospel music.  He was a proud US Army veteran and was a member of the 1 ^st Baptist Church in Bay.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 6 sisters.

Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Deanna Jackson of the home; 2 furry companions, Chico and Barney; 2 brothers, Donald Ray Jackson of Jonesboro and Michael Jackson (Connie) of Lunsford; 1 sister, Judy Rogers (Jerry) of Lunsford; sister-in-laws, Francella Holbrook of Bay, Sharon Collins of Bay, Pam Drury (Jerry) of Philadelphia, MS; brother in-law, Harvey McCord (Shirley) of Paragould and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Pine Log Cemetery at 2:00PM with Bro. Danny Taylor officiating.  Nephews will serve as pallbearers.

There will be no visitation.
