Terry K. White, 49, of Jonesboro, died Monday night, December 5, 2011, at NEA Baptist Medical Center. She had lived in Jonesboro most of her life and was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. Terry was a wonderful wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a caring daughter and sister. She loved to bake and share her treats with family and friends. Terry was preceded in death by her first husband Ricky Stacy.
Survivors include her husband of ten years, Leon White, of the home; son, Mark Stacy of Jonesboro; daughters, Amanda Hunt and husband Anthony of Paragould; Linzey Myers and husband Brad of Oak Grove, Louisiana; Nicole Stacy of Jonesboro; father, Floyd Langston of Jonesboro; mother, Virginia Langston of Southaven Mississippi; sisters, Debra Langston and Terry Barnett of Memphis, Tennessee; Shana South and husband Todd of Olive Branch, Mississippi; grandchildren, Alexander Stacy, Dustin Alan, Cambree Stacy, Ricklyn Myers.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Jimmy Adcox and Denton Kernodle officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery with Mark Stacy, Anthony Hunt, Brad Myers, Joshua Langston, Todd South, and Dewayne “Blue” Pittman serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jacob Langston and Dalton South. Visitation will be from 5-7 Wednesday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
