Terry Dean Qualls, 69, of Opelousas, Louisiana (formerly of Lake City, Arkansas) passed from this life on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. He was born to Red and Marie Qualls in Monette on February, 27, 1949. Terry graduated from Lake City High School in 1967 followed by earning his Business Degree from Arkansas State University. Terry was an exceptional designer. He was an interior designer for Nieman Marcus in Dallas, Texas before acquiring The Amber Door in Jonesboro. Family was everything to Terry; he loved and cherished them with all of his heart. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Red and Marie Qualls.

Terry is survived by his brother, Danny Qualls (Rhonda) of Jonesboro; and his favorite niece, Kelsey Qualls of Springdale, Arkansas.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Don Blackmore officiating. The pallbearers will be Ronnie Qualls, Jim Ladd, Larry Ladd, Jerry Milligan, Larry Smith, and Dan Fischbacher.

A visitation will be held prior to the graveside service from 9:00 -10:30 am at Emerson Funeral Home.
