Terry Michael Darnall

Terry Michael Darnall, 60, of Bono passed from this life Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House surrounded by family. He was born on February 26, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois to Amon and Evelee Darnall. Terry lived most of his life in the northeast Arkansas after coming from Chicago. He was also of the Christian belief. Terry was an avid singer who enjoyed karaoke. He also loved camping, hunting, and fishing. Terry loved children, especially his grandchildren. Terry was loved dearly and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

Terry is preceded in death by father and his sister: Marla Sue Parr.

In addition to Terry’s mother, Terry is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Holly Darnall; four daughters: Lisa ( Kurt) Weiand of Hardy, Arkansas, Shannon Palmer of Pocahontas, Sherry (Steve) Stich of League City, Texas, and Awanna Smith of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one son George (Sherry Lynn) Smith Jr. of Walcott, Arkansas; two brothers: Amon (Sandra) Darnall Jr. of Sauk Village, Illinois and Leland (Nancy) Darnall of Alsip, Illinois; two sisters: Linda (Danny) Rose and Sandra Kay Darnall both of Jonesboro, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Emerson Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Gary Thompson officiating. Burial will be private.

Pallbearers will include: David Ledgerwood, Harold Barber, Scott Throgmartin, George Smith, Jim Palmer, and Greg Tennison.
