Terri Atkinson

Terri Atkinson, 54, of Jonesboro died Thursday, September 11, 2008, at Skilcare Nursing Center. She had lived in Jonesboro since 1972. Terri had a love for animals and was active with the humane society and other animal groups. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Atkinson and Mr. and Mrs. John Lindley.

Terri is survived by her parents, Tom T. and Janet Atkinson, Jonesboro; brother, Scott Atkinson, Nashville, Tennessee; niece, Lindley Atkinson and nephew, Brett Atkinson.

Visitation will be from 5 – 7 Friday night at Emerson Funeral Home and burial will be private. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
