Suzanne Badeaux Barrett

Suzanne Elaine Badeaux Barrett, 73, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, December 6, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born in Franklin, Louisiana on July 27, 1948. Suzanne was of the Christian faith and a veteran of the US Army Reserves. She worked for over 30 years as a Human Resources Specialist at the VA Medical Center in Shreveport. Suzanne was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and had been known to miss work to catch the occasional tennis match. She also had a green thumb and loved planting roses and other beautiful flowers. Suzanne also had a soft spot in her heart for cats and always made sure they were taken care of. Suzanne is preceded in death by her parents and eight siblings.

Suzanne is survived by her daughters, Dr. Sarah Dyson (Dr. Cori Dyson) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Sandy Bonvie (Arthur) of Ogden, Utah; and grandson, Chase Bonvie.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021 in the mausoleum at Forrest Park Cemetery (West) in Shreveport.
