Sue Ann Mackey, 64, 0f Jonesboro passed from this life on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. She was the daughter of Mary Ida Chapman and James Roy Mackey. She is survived by her three sisters; Rusty Dancer (Terry) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Wanda Hoyle of Bartlett, Tennessee, and Linda Clark (Hal) of Milton, Florida.

Sue Ann was a beloved aunt to five nephews and three nieces. Sue was a resident of Ridgecrest Rehabilitation Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She graduated from Arkadelphia High School and studied secretarial science at Ouachita Baptist University. Sue spent her career working 25 plus years as Administrative Assistant to Medical Director, Dr. Betty Lowe, at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sue loved her family, friends and the Lord deeply. Her heart was full of love and compassion for others. Dear Sue, we will love you forever and always. You made our family complete.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Emerson Memorial Chapel. Visitation will precede the memorial service from 1:00 p.m. until service time in the Chapel. Persons attending the  service will have a time to share memories and stories of Sue Ann; the family looks forward to hearing them.
