Stoney Edward Hall, age 59, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, entered Heaven on May 5, 2026.

He was born on August 20, 1966, at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Carolyn Butts and Jerry Hall.

Stoney was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord. He was a hardworking man and a dedicated provider for his family. He spent his career working in Walmart Transportation, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment.

He was a loving Husband, Father, Son, and Papaw. He adored his wife and took great pride in taking care of his loved ones. His family meant everything to him. He loved spending time with them, visiting with friends, and being surrounded by the people he cared about most.

He had a way of making everyone smile, always playful, full of laughter, and bringing light into every room he walked into.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Terrie Hall; his daughters, Madison Williams (Jaxon Williams), and Leah Adkins (Carey Adkins); his grandchildren Carleigh Adkins, Livvy Adkins, Harper Adkins, Evryn Williams, Stellan Williams; his mother and father Carolyn and Dale Butts; his sisters, Deanna Colvin (Dwayne Colvin), Angela Carter (Mike Carter), and Shannon Girolamo; Brother, Devin Barker (Amanda Barker).

He was preceded in his death by his father Jerry Hall, Grandmother Rachel Wise, Grandmother Mildred Holt.

Pallbearers will be Jaxon Williams, Carey Adkins, Devin Barker, Bryan Harp, Derrick Cullison, and Rick Myers.

Though our hearts are broken, we find peace knowing he is in Heaven with the Lord filled with joy. We are so incredibly blessed to have had him in our lives—to be loved by him, to grow up with him, and to call him ours. He will be missed and cherished every single day. 

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Emerson Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Blake Beshiers officiating. Interment will follow at Old Enterprise Cemetery.
