Steven M. Peters

Steven M. Peters, 56, of Jonesboro passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his home. He was born October 31, 1963 in Iowa City, Iowa to Kenneth (Butch) Peters and the late Linda Peters. Steven has been a manager in the restaurant business for 35 years. He enjoyed going to the lake and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, Steven was preceded in death by his step-mother, Carol Peters.

In addition to his father, Steven is survived by his son, Matt (Tonya) Peters; daughter, Lindsey Ryles both of Paragould; step-father, Stanley Peters; 6 sisters: Lori Halligan, Angie Derrick, Julie Corrales, Sheila Phab, Elaine O’Conner, Sherry Clendaniel; 3 grandchildren, Jackson Peters, Madilyn Goldsmith, Asher Goldsmith and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.
