Stella "Snooks" Louise Bennett

Stella “Snooks” Bennett, 80, of Cabot, formerly of Hartford passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at her home. She was born April 25, 1943 to the late Marvin and Opal Fahr. Stella was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved to keep the house clean and take care of her family. Snooks enjoyed flowers, gardening and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Snooks was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Wayne Bennett; 3 brothers: Pierce Fred Fahr, Billy Ray Fahr, Leslie Wayne Fahr and a brother-in-law, Larry B.F. Smith.

Survivors include her 3 daughters, Rhonda (Benny) McClanahan of Hardy, Rita (Brian) Womack of Charleston, Debbie (Steve DeLuna) Bennett of Cabot; son, Bobby Wayne (Rebecca) Bennett Jr. of Cabot; 2 brothers, Rickey (Paulette) Fahr of Weiner, Kenny (Dana) Fahr of Searcy; 1 sister, Vickie Smith of Wynne; 13 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Calvin King officiating. Burial will follow at Waldenberg Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 a.m. prior to the service.
