Stefanie Renee Pemberton

Friday, March 11, 2022 Stefanie Renee Pemberton 56, succumbed to a lengthy illness. We lost her much too soon, but she will now enjoy the eternal rest and peace she so richly deserves. Stefanie grew up in Bay and Jonesboro, graduating in 1983 from Jonesboro High School. She lived in Jonesboro all her life except for a brief residency in Denver, Colorado.

After graduation, she held several jobs with her lengthiest employment at the Jonesboro Human Development Center. Altruistic by nature, she was perfectly suited to this job and was an extremely productive and valuable staff member. She was more commonly known by her friends as Shultzie, her nickname. She had an infectious personality and never met a stranger.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbra Pemberton and brother, Terence Pemberton.

Stefanie is survived by her son, Skyler Jameson Pemberton; uncle, Joey Dunlap and many other family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
