Sister Charolette Gail Swan

Sister Swan (Charolette Gail) 62, of Jonesboro, died Saturday December 10, at her home. She was born in Trumann, Arkansas and had lived in Jonesboro since 1991, moving here from Kentucky.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Bolivar Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert Martin and Flossie Pauline Christy Smith, Son, Calvin Brent Swan, Daughter, Miracle Dawn Swan, Sister, Irma Hindman, brothers, Hobert Bud Smith, Ronald Smith and Ricky Karel Smith.

Survived by her husband, Rev. Alvin Swan of the home.
Son, Timothy Alan Swan of Jonesboro.

Sisters, Marsha Summerford and Jane McAnnally both of Jonesboro and her honorary adopted sister Betty Pipkin of Jonesboro.

Brother, Billy James Smith of San Jose, California.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday December 13, at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Revs. Vernon Rigsby, John Tipton and Alvin Swan. Burial will be at White Chapel Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri on Wednesday December 14 at 10:00 A.M. Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers will be Tony Whitford, Kevin Swan, Mike Coble, Lankey Coble, Chuck Bryant and Danny Sams.

Honorary pallbearers will be Reba Taylor, LaDonna Sams, Darlene Coble, Linda Martindale, Linda Tipton, Betty Harper, Carol Holmes and Donna Rigsby.

Visitation will be 5-7:00 P.M. Monday December 12, at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
