Shirley M. Rosenbaum

Shirley Marie Rosenbaum, 63, of Jonesboro departed this life on Monday May 5th 2014, at Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock. She was born in Winchester, Kentucky on October 22, 1950, to the late Thomas and Juanita Ritchie. Shirley was a retired district manager of "Behrs" for 10 years.

Shirley had a huge heart with an unconditional love for everyone. Shirley lost her mother at an early age and had to grow up quickly. She became the leader and stabilizer of the family while in her teens. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her son Ronnie Rosenbaum, and a brother, Jerry Ritchie.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Lonzo Rosenbaum, 1 daughter Lisa (Tim) Jones of Jonesboro; Four brothers: Thomas (Debra) Ritchie Jr, Micheal (Peggy) Ritchie all of Kentucky; Larry (Deb) Ritchie Of Jonesboro, and Stephen (Denise) Ritchie of California. Two granddaughters: Jessica Reid of Jonesboro and Kristin Rosenbaum of Bella Vista. Three uncles: Boyd, Loyd, and Scotty Oliver all of Kentucky and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Old Enterprise Cemetery with Tim Morgan officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be private.

For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis.
