Sherrye Lanette Lind

Sherrye Lanette Lind, 65, of Brookland, passed from this life on December 23, 2022 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. Sherrye was born in Trumann on August 6, 1957 to the late James and Shirley Throgmorton. In addition to her parents, Sherrye is preceded in death by her brother, Toby Throgmorton.

Sherrye grew up in Northeast Arkansas, but eventually made her way to Florida. Thirty-four years ago, she made the decision to move back home, where she resided until her death. Back in Arkansas, Sherrye spent a lot of time being with her family. She would often play games with her children like dice or spades. No matter what, somehow, Sherrye would always win. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Sherrye is survived by her daughters, April Harbison of Paragould, Amanda Harbison of Paragould, Sarah Lind of Brookland, and Jessica Lind of Brookland; brother, Johnny Throgmorton of Caraway, and 5 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm January 4, 2022 at Oaklawn Cemetery.
