Sherri Elizabeth Cherry

Sherri Elizabeth Cherry 42, of Jonesboro died Monday May 26, 2008 at her residence.

She was born in West Memphis, Arkansas and had lived in Jonesboro most of her life. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Darla Cherry and her aunt, Mary Beth Pilcher.

Survived by her father; Kenneth Herring Sr. of Trumann. Her mother; Nancy Gage of Jonesboro.

One son; Kevin Cherry of Conway.

Two daughters; Stasha Burton and Holly Cherry both of Jonesboro.

Two brothers; Kenneth Herring Jr. of Trumann. Matthew Herring of Little Rock.

One sister; Shanda Taylor of Rocky Mount, North Carolina

Four grandchildren; Juliet Lee, Kaliya Cherry, Madison Cherry and Makynna Cherry.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday May 29, 2008 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Dave Burgess officiating. Burial will be in the Philadelphia Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge.

Active pallbearers will be Charles (Booska) West, Nic Sackman, Jason Sears, Jason West, Dale Davis Jr. and Robert Burten

Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Cherry, Matthew Herring and Kenneth Herring Jr.

Visitation will be from 12:30 until service time Thursday May 29, 2008 at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
