Shelia Rae Buazard

Shelia Rae Buazard, 63, of Bono, passed from this life on July 18, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center.  She had lived in Bono for the past 39 years.  She was born on July 26, 1961, to Ray and Vennie Wilcoxson in Harrisburg, Arkansas.  She was of the Baptist belief.  Shelia loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.  She collected Indian memorabilia and enjoyed watching humming birds and listening to wind chimes.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Buazard; son, Seth Menton Buazard; one brother, Jimmy Dale Wilcoxson; and one sister, Brenda Tacker.

Survivors include her daughters, Michelle Buazard of Mt. Pine, Arkansas; Jessica Vaughn of Jonesboro; sisters, Vanessa Grimes of Pineville, Louisiana; Kim Blount of Bono; and two grandchildren, Jasmine and Chris; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other family members.

A Celebration of Life service will be 10:00 Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  The burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
